The Director of BIP SXM, Mrs. Vincentia Rosen-Sandiford was pleased to participate in the launch of NPower's 2024 Forum series, titled "Co-Creating Social Impact."
"As the Director of BIP SXM, I am grateful for initiatives like these which bring together diverse sectors in pursuit of sustainable development. Through constructive dialogues that foster collaboration between non-profits, the public sector, and the private sector, the foundation will be laid for a future where every perspective is valued and every contribution will make a difference." - Mrs. Rosen-Sandiford.
This forum was launched on April 24th, 2024 at the University of Sint Maarten in partnership with NPOwer, of Foresee Foundation (4C), and the Think 2 Do Institute based in Curacao.
Rajesh Chintaman, co-coordinator of Npower had the following to say about the event: "The forum aimed to enhance collaboration between nonprofit organizations (NPO's), the public sector, and the private sector to strengthen social cohesion in Sint Maarten. The first session brought together representatives of the public sector and NPO's. The next in the series of 3 forums will bring together NPO's and the private sector and the final Forum will bring all the stakeholders together to plot the way forward for Sint Maarten."
Mrs. Vincentia Rosen-Sandiford commends NPower for this initiative and remains dedicated to BIP SXM's participation in forums promoting Sint Maarten's sustainable development.
